Couple account, cloud save & sharing
Use an account to keep this wedding safely in the cloud. Your contact email and cellphone stay in the wedding profile for supplier replies. Your password is used only for secure sign-in and is never stored inside the wedding profile.
This invitation is optional. Use it only if your partner or trusted co-planner should have their own Vowora login and access the same wedding plan from another device.
Wedding record & printable copy
Generate a clean record of the couple profile, planning progress, booked/shortlisted suppliers, payment notes and important dates. Couples can print or save it as PDF for hotels, coordinators, suppliers, disputes, family records or future reference.

Choose a city first, then choose one vendor category. Vowora shows only that type of supplier in the selected city.

Founding-vendor registration is free during the launch period. Every application is reviewed by Vowora before it becomes a public listing. Vendors can add contact details, services and up to 5 photos so couples can compare them properly.

This is the planner-facing financial summary. Every vendor/category has an editable final agreed amount, a Paid checkbox, authorized vendor representative, agreement status and notes.

Choose the city and Vowora shows churches and ceremony venues for that location. Always confirm availability, parish rules, fees and documentary requirements directly with the venue.
Tailoring, gown and barong rentals, and rings.
Choose the wedding city to see bridal boutiques, tailoring and rental options. Vowora separates made-to-order and rental services so couples can compare what fits their budget.
Wedding planner summary.
This page is the operational summary for the couple and planner. It contains confirmed vendors, menu/food details, and the wedding-day program. Prices stay only in Budget.

Parents, principal sponsors, VIPs, both families, friends, classmates and entourage are separated clearly. Names can be entered manually now; uploaded handwritten/printed lists can later be converted with Vowora AI/OCR and then corrected by the couple.
Upload a photo of a handwritten or printed list as a reference. AI handwriting extraction will be connected separately; every extracted name will remain editable before saving.
